We are looking for:
Customer Care Agent
- Effectively respond to customer requests by phone, email and/or chat
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding service cost vehicle type, company policies, etc.
- Accurately enter reservations in the company system
- Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon, night shifts and weekends
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
- Advanced PC literacy
- Customer service orientation
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in similar position desired
- Work in a team of young and dynamic professionals
