We are looking for:

Customer Support Representative - Billing

Belgrade

Responsibilities:

  • Assist callers with billing inquiries
  • Understand “client call flow”
  • Always strive to ensure First Call Resolution and complete Customer Satisfaction
  • Build trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interaction
  • Determine business offerings that the customer does not currently have and make the appropriate offer to upgrade and add on to their service
  • Code the call accurately and completely for the installer
  • Knowledge of processes and policies

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude  
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure, ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Optimistic and extrovert personality
  • Loyal and team player
  • Previous work experience in the industry is a plus, but not essential
