We are looking for:

CNC Programer

Niš

As a growing German company for Medical Devices we want to stabilize our Production Department to support our international sales structure with offices in Germany, Turkey and Serbia and their customers. Therefor we want to hire you for the position in our facilities in Nis, Serbia.

If you have experience with CNC programming on milling and lathe turning machines you are very welcome.

As a CNC Programmer you should have already excellent experience on one or different CNC control units to create programs for milling and lathe turning. You’re able prepare CNC machines with tools, design and create holders and to follow the maintenance plan to keep the machine in order and to take care about the availability of disposable materials for the machine.

With your solid technical knowledge, you’re monitoring the quality of the parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, analyze and process work orders
  • Create CNC programs for shortest CNC machine time
  • Monitor the execution of production and the quality
  • Prepare CNC machine with tools
  • Check tools and calculate wear into program adjustment
  • Following maintenance plan for CNC machine
  • Check availability of disposable materials for CNC machine
  • Monitoring of quality after set up of CNC machine

Required Skills/Qualification:

  • Experience as CNC programmer
  • Technical education in mechanic or long work experience in mechanic
  • Excellent understanding for technical drawings
  • Independent working and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and alone
  • Fluency in English
