For our Client, we are looking for motivated and qualified candidate for the following position

Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Required qualifications:

  • High school or University degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Work experience is preferable

Candidate’s profile:

  • Customer – oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems
