We are looking for:
Customer Service Representative
- Responsible for handling all forms of client communications via chat, email, phone or and screen-share meetings
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Provide proper follow up on clients
- Proactively manage each customer’s business needs while they are in trial period
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Help with definition of new product features
Ideal candidate has:
- Excellent verbal and written language skills for English – Equivalent C1 level
- Good presentation skills
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Patience and loves helping others
