PAY: Starting at 10% sales commission - our products price range from $200 to $1000 (on average candidates close 15 deals per week).

We are an online education based business. We teach our students how they can start an online social media marketing business to become entrepreneurs and generate an income online. We sell our digital informational products (digital courses) to our customers worldwide using an automated webinar.

About the Role/What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to customers interested in our product but have not purchased yet. These are very interested customers who are actively investing their time into finding a solution to fix their problem… and our product is the solution to their problem.
  • Making outbound calls to customers who have purchased our product with the goal of solving any of their problems by ensuring they have received their product and do not have any further questions.
  • Making outbound calls to customers who have already purchased our product with the goal of upselling them one of our other products that will further help solve their other problems.
  • Taking inbound calls from potential customers who are hesitant about purchasing and have some questions about our product, where the goal is to make them feel confident in our product and company so that they will want to purchase our product.
  • Taking inbound calls from potential customers who are having issues paying for the product where your goal is to problem solve as to why they can't purchase and to present them the next best option that will allow the customer to purchase.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and will be an effective communicator with the necessary skills to keep the sales calls casual and will not sound like a typical sales person. The ideal candidate will also know how to sell effectively by understanding each customer and will not need to read off of scripts the entire time. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and who can logically make decisions.

This is a full-time position with long term opportunity to stay and grow with our company. This is a position where the results of how much you grow within our company are entirely decided upon you.
