Customer Support Agent

Customer Experience – Belgrade, Francuska

Jackpot.com is looking for an English-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Experience Team! You will be responsible for providing our customers with high quality customer service while ensuring the achievement of the corresponding KPI targets.

In this role, you are obsessed with providing customers with a great experience. You are a problem-solver, you are confident making decisions and you enjoy working independently. You want to work in an experienced team where you can learn about the business and expand your knowledge and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with knowledgeable support to all customer requests, assess and summaries customer situations, offer a factual response and determine actions to successfully resolve a customer enquiry;
  • Provide immediate and accurate response to all customer contacts mostly via e-mail, but also on telephone and live chat (Whatsapp & Facebook) when necessary;
  • Update website, e.g. changing banners, and managing lottery draws (such as closure, updating jackpot amount, processing draws, etc.);
  • Delivering first time resolution to all customer requests up to authority and permission levels;
  • Create and constantly develop unique positive personal relationships with the customers;
  • Continually develop bookmaking and product knowledge and skills across all markets and opportunities;
  • Proactively embrace the Jackpot.com culture;
  • Develop and maintain effective internal relationships;
  • 24/7 shift rotation including working nights and weekends as required.

Requirements:

  • Native English level, both written and oral communication skills;
  • Customer service experience is required;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics;
  • High confidence levels with a positive approach towards work;
  • Accurate problem-solving skills;
  • Curious and detailed oriented;
  • Ability to find effective and smart solutions to problems encountered;
  • Proactive and self-motivating.
