We are looking for:

Customer Service Representative

Čačak

JOB DESCRIPTION: Act as the first point of contact for the company

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain positive client relations required to ensure superior client satisfaction
  • Receive and handle customer calls, e-mail requests, and website inquiries for services
  • Manage real-time queries while keeping track of and responding to commitments
  • Manage the scheduling and completion of all services assigned by customers
  • Serve as an information desk, including the transfer of calls and accepting phone messages
  • Makes outgoing follow up calls
  • Schedule new leads by adhering to established scripts and procedures
  • Makes outbound recall calls to former customers to re-establish a business relationship
  • Answers questions from customers and addresses concerns using established scripts and procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product, professionalism and outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to established procedures for inter-office communication and other guidelines related to the job and the company
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in-person
  • Enter information into our database and ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Demonstrate professionalism in communication, relationship development, customer service, etc.
  • Assist in training team members and provides constructive feedback as necessary
  • Shift flexibility may be required
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English language knowledge, verbal and written
