Sales Account Manager

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries (via E-Mail or phone).
  • Interact with clients in identifying problems and finding appropriate solutions (via E-Mail or phone).
  • The Sales Department will go through an on-line and formal classroom training program, learning to prospect for new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Implement sales strategies and call prioritization.
  • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
  • Build network via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.
