We are currently looking for:
Customer Care Specialist
Belgrade, the position is at our offices in the city center
As a Customer Client Account Agent at Sportmarket, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be there for users at every step of the way through their journey with us.
You will be required to complete daily tasks, manage priorities well, communicate and value the partners above all else.
- Act as a company gatekeeper
- Provide quick and outstanding partner correspondence through all channels
- Ensure all consumer issues are addressed and resolved to completion in timely manner
- User side product testing for enhancement and bug-resolvement purposes
- Work effectively with team leads and senior agents to identify timely resolutions to partner issues
- Partner management
- Ad hoc duties
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working with backend (back-office) admin tools
- Previous work experience in groups
- Experience as Technical Support
- Experience as Customer Support
- General software knowledge
- General Sports knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Experience in creating exstensive reports
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively through various channels (telephone, email, Skype, chat)
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes quickly
- Well organized, good time management skills, efficient, decisive, proactive and assertive
- Calm under pressure
